By accessing or using CXES Invest ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the service

CXES Invest is a free paper-trading simulator. All trades, holdings, P&L, and leaderboard standings are simulated. See our paper-trading disclaimer for full details.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to manipulate the leaderboard via multiple accounts or automation; (b) scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service; (c) use the Service to violate any applicable law; (d) upload abusive, infringing, or unlawful content as your display name or profile data.

4. Market data

Market data is provided by third-party APIs on an "as is" basis. It may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. We make no warranty as to its fitness for any purpose, including any real trading decision.

5. No financial advice

Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. We are not a broker, exchange, or SEBI-registered intermediary.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CXES Invest and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
