This Privacy Policy explains what data CXES Invest collects when you use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Data we collect
- Account data: email address (and, if you use Google sign-in, your Google profile name and avatar).
- Profile data: display name and username you choose.
- Simulator data: simulated trades, holdings, watchlists, alerts, and leaderboard position.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To provide the paper-trading simulator and your account.
- To compute and display leaderboard rankings (public).
- To send essential account emails (verification, password reset).
- To detect abuse and keep the Service secure.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not run ad-targeting on the Service.
Third parties
We rely on infrastructure providers (hosting, authentication, database) to run the Service, and on third-party market-data APIs for stock prices. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing us. Where applicable (GDPR / DPDP Act 2023), you may also request data portability or withdraw consent.
Data retention
We retain account and simulator data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us so we can delete it.
